Global Fluency Training for Business

Today’s global economy demands that all employees are able to interact effectively with people from different cultural backgrounds in order to build relationships with colleagues, clients, organizations, and governments. The Global Fluency Institute offers a training session to develop cross-cultural competence for executives and professionals. The session reveals a comprehensive framework for understanding how cultures differ in order to ensure sustainable cross-cultural acumen as individuals confront the challenges of interacting with others from across the globe.

The business model Global Fluency Training focuses on understanding hospitality, business, and negotiation norms across cultures. The model examines why it is so challenging for Americans to adapt to other countries, how Americans are viewed in the business world, and the key characteristics of culturally fluent business professionals. In addition to going over concrete skills, such as business card etiquette, the program also explores the soft skills of assimilating cross-cultural understanding and proficiency into the work place.
